Informal poll: who would wear these better: Helena Bonham Carter or Tom Petty?
TPetty would look fairly debonair going down the rabbit hole in these Alice in Wonderland gems.
But we also think HBC (which, coincidentally, is an acronym for “Head B in Charge” [the end clause "of a goth club's recycling bin" is silent]) donned them in the IMAX 3-D version of our nightmares.

I look at them, my left brain half says they’re horridly aweful but the other half thinks they’re pretty damn awesome. I’m a right-brainer, so I have to admitt: I love and I want them. Badly.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one. ^.^;
I would totally rock those. I think I can make them… Just some fake roses, chains, black and white acrylic paint and sealant, adorable tea charms… I wonder what my boss would say if I walked in with those. Technically, they’d be within dress code.

obviously it’s just me, because while you all love these, I can’t even figure out how to put them on — other than the stiletto heels, I see NO identifiable bits!

So it’d have to be HBC. And I’d watch insulting that girl. She’s been known to blow people up and also cook them in pies….
…damnit. I hate to admit it but I LOVE these shoes. They’re not meant for actual use, of course (you’d have to walk like your feet were bound to keep from losing pieces of them) but I would totally put them on my mantle or coffee table as a conversation piece.
You just know that every gal (and maybe a few guys) would want to try them on if you had them out at a costume party.
