    They are mannequin hands commonly used for girls to practice when they are just getting use to using the electric files and such, or just to practice shapes or new types of acrylic on.

    Someone was obviously going for goal and I say it’s an awesome feat.

    Glad to know someone isn’t walking around with them on though >_<
